The Number of CNG Stations Increases in the Baltic States – the Fourth Compression Station Has Been Opened in Estonia

In Estonian coastal town of Pärnu, there has been opened the fourth compressed natural gas filling station, which is mainly going to be used by eco-friendly city buses. In May, the city added two new CNG buses; currently, even five such buses in total run in the streets of Pärnu City.

The compression type CNG station will be maintained by Eesti Gaas, which in present is building another one – the fifth in Estonia CNG filling station. The station will operate the city of Narva. According to the data presented by Eesti Gaas, about 300 natural gas powered cars are driven in Estonia in present.
