PLLC „SG dujos“ looks for new opportunities – Georgian market is in the focus of attention

PLLC “SG dujos” looks for new possibilities of development of its activities on the foreign markets – the study of possibilities in Georgian market was conducted. At the present moment Georgia is planning active development of city busses driven with compressed natural gas. According to the Head of development department of „SG dujos“ Karine Zurabian, Georgia needs the infrastructure of compressed natural gas stations, and „SG dujos“ has a valuable experience of such infrastructure creation and cooperation with state transport enterprises.

„Today the Georgian market has a great potential of development. In the nearest time there should function up to 200 new SGD buses therefore, we are conducting the attractiveness of this market and considering possibilities of searching for new cooperation projects not only in Lithuania, but also in perspective Caucasian region”, – K. Zurabian sais.

According to her, good perspectives of development in this region are proven by experience of neighbor Armenia. This country has 244 thousand vehicles driven with natural gas, 345 stations SGD. Today in Georgia there are 80 thousand SGD vehicles and 100 stations SGD. And their active development is planned.
